Hull launches £3m PhD scholarship scheme

The University of Hull has launched a £3 million PhD scholarships scheme.

The aim of the scheme is to attract high calibre PhD students to carry out research in specific areas of the University’s expertise. Successful candidates will have their tuition fees funded throughout the PhD programme as well as stipendiary living costs, totalling around £18,000 per year.

A total 47 scholarships will be available for PhD research relating to logistics, Hull's City of Culture year in 2017, and in the internationally-recognised Wilberforce Institute.
