The European Commission has recognised the work of the University of Worcester in supporting the career development and management of its researchers.
It has given the university an award for “HR Excellence in Research”. Dr John-Paul Wilson, Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor Research, said he was delighted by the award. He praised the “excellent research and researchers” the university had in “impactful areas such as dementia studies, adult mental health, atmospheric science, biomedical science and domestic violence and abuse”.
